Rob Josephs

Schools Manager, Albion in the Community
My name is Rob Josephs and I am the Schools Manager for Albion in the Community (AITC), the official charity of Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club. Before working for AITC, I spent 15 years working in Littlehampton as a PE Teacher, with additional roles such as Head of Year, Director of Enterprise and Director of Student Leadership and Enrichment. I have a passion for working with young people, helping them realise their potential and motivating them to aim high and reach their goals.

Rachel Pearce

After qualifying as the youngest Chartered Tax Adviser in the UK (some years ago!) I joined a team of 3 providing tax advisory services to clients. Working together, we have strengthened the team for everyone’s benefit and there are now 16 of us. My job satisfaction stems from developing the team and everyone in it so that, together, we can achieve our shared goals and provide the best possible service to our clients.

Still relatively early in my career, I have quite recently learned the lessons of just how important teamwork is in providing the inspiration and education needed to drive success. I want to pass these learnings on to the next generation of diverse talent so that they can bring their best selves to work everyday!

Mark Rogers

Divisional Director National Citizen Service NCS Trust, Delivery and Experience
An influential and creative leader who is passionate about people, performance and making a difference to both. He is currently responsible for managing the NCS supply chain. Prior to NCS Mark was Regional Director at LA Fitness a national chain of health and fitness clubs. Outside of work Mark is Vice Chair of his local primary school governors association, and is a keen cyclist and runner.
